Pick up Orders:
Orders not picked up by the specified date will not be refunded and products will not be kept.
Please contact us at by 11:30am on the day of pick up to cancel your order and to receive a full refund (except for celebration cakes/macarons). Cancellations after 11:30am will only receive 50% refund.
Celebration Cakes & Celebration Macarons:
These require at least 72 hours advance notice for cancellations and any refund. *We reserve the right to only refund 50% if your cake is already in production. Cancellations in under 72 hours will not be refunded. As we need to ensure your cakes will be made in a timely manner, early preparation will sometimes be required. As a result, we may not be able to make some adjustments (i.e. flavour change, or colour/design change, etc.)

As soon as an order is placed, the cancellation fee is $5 and date changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance (additional charges will apply). For date changes made in under 24 hours, another delivery fee is required. For cancellations after 4pm the day prior to the delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded.

Please be sure someone will be present to receive the order at the specified window, otherwise orders will be left at your door if accessible and we, unfortunately, can't be responsible for any items left unattended. We cannot accommodate for specific drop-off time requests. Drivers will ring the doorbell / knock on the door and wait 20 seconds before leaving the package at the door as standard contactless delivery procedure. They will send an SMS (local numbers only) to recipients if orders are left at the door--they will not be calling recipients (unless there is a delay or have issues with accessibility). Please ensure your concierge accepts packages, otherwise, these may be left in the lobby or outside the main entrance in some rare cases where the concierge/security does not allow package drop-offs. Please ensure recipients are aware of their delivery and that we have the recipient's local phone number as well as any other details required for a successful delivery (buzz code, unit number, etc.). Long distance phone numbers (outside of Ontario) will not be contacted.
Please expect potential delays during special occasions, holidays, or unforeseen external factors such as weather, road conditions, traffic, etc. As a result, we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered within the delivery window listed, but 95% of orders will be delivered before the end of the delivery window. In extreme (and rare) cases, cancellations may be required due to poor weather / road conditions. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries of unforeseen circumstances.
Best served within 2-3 days or longer if properly stored in the freezer.
