Our Mother’s Day Hummingbird Cake is a soft, flavour-packed celebration layered with all the good things. Light banana chiffon meets a silky pink guava pineapple mousse, balanced with fluffy white cheese chantilly for just the right touch of creaminess.

Inside, you’ll find a bright pineapple compote for a juicy pop.

It’s fruity, airy, creamy, and just a little indulgent—perfect for sharing (and celebrating the ones who deserve it most).

If the cake will not be served on the day of pick up, please keep macarons off the cake (and frozen in an airtight container) until serving. Macarons may be secured to the cake using a piece of uncooked spaghetti.

sugar, heavy cream, eggs, pineapple (pineapple, pineapple juice), banana purĂŠe (bananas, pectinase enzyme), cream cheese (milk, cream, salt, stabilizers), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk solids, emulsifier [soy lecithin], vanilla), pecans, guava purĂŠe, banana peel extract (banana peel, sugar), pineapple juice, glucose syrup, banana oleosaccharum (banana peel, sugar), gelatin, sponge mix (wheat flour, sugar, emulsifiers, leavening agents), modified citrus pectin (pectin NH), agar, xanthan gum, lime zest, vanilla bean paste, food colouring, natural and artificial flavours.

Garnish: white chocolate, macarons (almond flour, butter, eggs, icing sugar, cornstarch, sugar, whip topping (contains soya), coconut oil, milk powder, white peach puree, white chocolate, white coating chocolate, gel food colouring)

Storage Instruction

Keep refrigerated. Best served within 2-3 days or longer if properly stored in the freezer. If the cake will not be served on the day of pick up, please keep macarons off the cake (and frozen in an airtight container) until serving.
